Shipping & Delivery
Most domestic orders placed before 3:30 pm Eastern Time ship the same or the following business day. After our cutoff time and if a part is urgently needed, please contact us at 719-266-2635. Please note that we only ship on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

International Orders: International orders go through a verification process before shipping. This process takes one to two hours and might result in a delay in the shipping time. It is important to understand that Grene Eye Auto Parts cannot be held responsible for delays in Customs in the destination country. We have absolutely no control over the time needed to clear customs. Customs fees, duties, taxes etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer FREE domestic shipping for the 48 contiguous states on all purchases $75.00 or more.

Privacy & Security
At Green Eye Auto Parts, we understand the importance of privacy to our customers and visitors to our web site. Our policy is to treat what we learn about our customers as confidential. We will not give or sell confidential or Personal Information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction, except as necessary to provide customer service to the customer, as required by law, or in connection with an investigation of possible illegality or misuse of our services.

We collect and store information about every transaction we handle so that we can provide the best customer service to our customers. Information stored is limited to names, addresses and such other general information that is required by law. We will never store credit card numbers or other sensitive information that can compromise a customer’s financial integrity.

Returns & Replacements
Within 7-days after receipt of each shipment, any shortage, wrong parts, concealed damage etc. discovered MUST be reported to Green Eye Auto Parts. All items to be returned MUST be in original box and MUST be shipped prepaid within 10 days of receipt.

NO PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK RETURN BEYOND 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
  • Return merchandise MUST be sent in original package and be unused, undamaged and resalable. - If original package is NOT used, credit will be delayed.
  • There are NO RETURNS on Electrical Parts or parts that require CODING upon installation.
  • Shipments not meeting the above requirements will be returned to sender.
  • A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be charged for returns resulting from customer error.
  • We will have sole discretion as to the credit method on ALL sales. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you.
  • Cannibalizing or otherwise modify the part breaches any and all warranties!
  • Refunds do not include shipping charges incurred for returns and/or the original shipment. Only the product price, minus the 20% restocking fee can be refunded.


Product Warranties
Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary based on the product and the manufacturer. The terms are generally included within the packaging. If terms are not included, the product generally bears a 12 month / 12,000 miles warranty. In the event a part is defective, a claim with the manufacturer must be submitted by us on your behalf for an exchange and the following conditions apply:
  • The part has been installed by a licensed/certified repair shop. A copy of the repair invoice with date of repair and car mileage must be included with your return.
  • The warranty is not transferable and you must be the original purchaser of the part.
  • The part has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation.
  • Wear and tear is specifically excluded from any warranty coverage.
  • A full description of the failure is provided with the return request.
  • The part must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer for warranty coverage. Parts under warranty and approved by the manufacturer can be only exchanged.
  • Meeko LLC dba Green Eye Auto Parts is not liable for incidental nor consequential damage or costs of labor to install or remove the part.

Prices are subject to chance without notice. We reserve the right from time to time to run such promotions as to give our customers the best deal in the market.
Clearance Merchandise are non-returnable.
